Maple Pecan Old Fashioned

A nutty, autumnal riff on the Old Fashioned — bourbon, maple syrup, pecan-infused bourbon (or a dash of nocino/walnut liqueur), and chocolate bitters. The pecan adds a roasted, buttery depth that pairs perfectly with maple and oak. Garnished with a candied pecan.
