Rum Runner
Named after Prohibition-era bootleggers, this Florida-born tiki cocktail blends rum, banana liqueur, blackberry liqueur, and tropical juices. Fruity and potent — often served blended. A staple at beach bars throughout the Florida Keys.

Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz blackberry brandy or blackberry liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 1 cup crushed ice (for blended version)
- Cherry and lime for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 3. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- 4. Garnish with a cherry and lime wheel.
- FROZEN VERSION: Add all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
