Bermuda Rum Swizzle
Bermuda's other national drink alongside the Dark 'n' Stormy. A blend of dark and light rum, citrus, pineapple, and grenadine, swizzled (not shaken) with a Rum Swizzle stick. Frothy, refreshing, and a Bermuda Triangle tradition.

Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum (Goslings Black Seal)
- 1 oz gold rum
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz ginger beer (optional, for fizz)
- Orange slice, cherry, and mint for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a pitcher or shaker with crushed ice.
- 2. Swizzle: Insert a swizzle stick (or bar spoon) and rub between palms to spin rapidly, mixing and chilling.
- 3. If using ginger beer, top and give one final swizzle.
- 4. Pour into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5. Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, and mint sprig.
