Batanga

A street-style tequila cocktail from Jalisco — tequila, cola, and lime, stirred with a knife (the traditional method). Created at La Capilla bar in Tequila, Mexico. The cola and tequila combine surprisingly well, with lime cutting the sweetness. Unpretentious and delicious.
