Drinks
Negroni
Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth — the perfectly balanced bittersweet Italian classic. Created in Florence in 1919 when Count Negroni asked for a stronger version of his usual Americano. Stirred, not shaken, and served over a large ice cube with an orange peel.
