Long Island Iced Tea
Famously potent despite the name — contains no tea, just five white spirits: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and triple sec, with lemon, simple syrup, and cola. The cola gives it the amber color of iced tea. A legendary party cocktail that's stronger than it tastes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Splash of cola
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
- 2. Add all spirits, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- 3. Stir briefly.
- 4. Top with a splash of cola for color.
- 5. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve with a straw.
- 6. Drink responsibly — this is very strong.
