Romulan Ale Fizz
The banned Federation beverage from Star Trek, reimagined as a cobalt-blue gin fizz. Navy-strength gin, blue curaçao, lemon, egg white, and tonic with orange blossom water for an ethereal floral touch. Strong, blue, and defiantly illegal in the United Federation of Planets.

Ingredients
- 1 oz navy-strength gin (57% ABV)
- 1 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 oz tonic water, chilled
- 4 drops orange blossom water
Instructions
- 1. Chill a Collins glass with ice and water; set aside.
- 2. Add gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- 3. Dry shake (no ice) vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- 4. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- 5. Discard ice from the prepared Collins glass.
- 6. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- 7. Top with tonic water and orange blossom water.
- 8. The foam should float on top like a cloud of stardust.
