Samarian Sunset

From Star Trek: The Next Generation episode 'Conundrum' — Data makes this drink for Counselor Troi after losing at 3D chess. In the show it changes from clear to green to red. This version uses purple cabbage-infused rum to mimic the color-changing effect, shifting from purple to red when citrus hits it.
