Mars Attacks
A vibrant space cocktail inspired by the Mars Attacks movie. Vodka, martini fiero, lychee liqueur, cherry, and grapefruit with a soda top. Red, fruity, and slightly sinister — like the Martians themselves. A great conversation starter for sci-fi movie nights.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz Martini Fiero (or sweet vermouth)
- 1/2 oz lychee liqueur (or lychee syrup)
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz cherry syrup (or grenadine)
- 2-3 oz club soda
- Lychee fruit and cherry for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Add vodka, Martini Fiero, lychee liqueur, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake for 15 seconds.
- 3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- 4. Top with club soda.
- 5. Slowly drizzle cherry syrup down the side for a red layer at the bottom.
- 6. Garnish with a lychee fruit and cherry on a pick.
