Apple Martini

The 'Appletini' — a modern classic from the late 1990s. Vodka, apple schnapps or sour apple pucker, and Cointreau, served up in a martini glass. Tart, sweet, and vividly green.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz sour apple schnapps (or DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker)
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Apple slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. 4. Garnish with a thin apple slice.
