- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh fruit, nuts, or nut butter for topping
Instructions
- 1. In a 16-ounce mason jar or container, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- 2. Add milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined with no dry pockets.
- 3. Seal with a lid and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight (8 hours).
- 4. In the morning, stir well. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
- 5. Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, nuts, granola, or nut butter.
- 6. Enjoy cold, or microwave 30-60 seconds if you prefer it warm.
- 7. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Meal prep multiple jars at once for the whole week!
