Witch's Brew Punch
A batch cocktail for the whole party. Vodka, pineapple juice, sour apple schnapps, and lemon-lime soda mixed in a punch bowl with scoops of lime sherbet that foam up like a bubbling cauldron. Add plastic spiders or gummy worms for the full Halloween effect.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750ml) vodka
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7Up)
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup sour apple schnapps
- 1 pint lime sherbet
- Green food coloring (optional, for deeper green)
- Plastic spiders or gummy worms (for garnish)
- Dry ice (optional, for smoking effect — use in a separate container, never in the punch)
- Lime slices and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- 1. In a large punch bowl, combine vodka, pineapple juice, and sour apple schnapps. Stir well.
- 2. Add a few drops of green food coloring if you want a more vivid green color.
- 3. Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
- 4. Add scoops of lime sherbet on top — it will foam and bubble up like a witch's cauldron on contact with the soda.
- 5. Float lime and orange slices on top. Add plastic spiders on the rim or gummy worms crawling out of the punch.
- 6. For smoking effect: place dry ice in a separate container beneath or beside the punch bowl (never in the punch itself).
- 7. Ladle into cups and serve. Make the base mix ahead and keep refrigerated — just add the soda and sherbet right before guests arrive for maximum foam and fizz.
