Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
The fall favorite gets a caffeinated upgrade β vodka, coffee liqueur, real pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup shaken with fresh espresso. Creamy, spiced, and dangerously drinkable. Perfect as a dessert cocktail or after-dinner pick-me-up.

Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (KahlΓΊa or Mr. Black)
- 1 oz fresh espresso (or strong cold brew)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Brew espresso and let cool slightly (hot espresso melts ice too fast).
- 2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until very cold and frothy.
- 3. Double-strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- 4. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
